These terms govern your use of swayfolks.com, operated by Sway Folks Media, Sector 127, Noida 201301, Uttar Pradesh, India. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What this website is
The site describes our services and how to reach us. It is not a shop, and it does not take payment. It does not create a user account. A project, fee, or timeline exists only when we confirm it in a separate written agreement.
Sending an email or placing a call through a link on this site is an enquiry. It does not by itself make you a client, and it does not oblige us to accept the work.
3. Services
We provide digital marketing services, including influencer marketing, search, link building, social media, email outreach, website design and development, UI/UX design, and eCommerce. The pages on this site are a general description. The work we actually do for you is the work named in the agreement for that project.
Results in marketing depend on the market, the platform, the budget, and factors outside our control. We do not promise a particular ranking, follower count, revenue, or campaign result unless a signed agreement says so in clear terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes someone else’s rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its host, or related systems.
- Introduce malware, or probe, scan, or overload the site.
- Copy the site, or present it, as your own.
- Scrape the site in a way that degrades it for other visitors.
We may block access where we reasonably believe these terms are being broken.
5. Intellectual property
The text, layout, logo, and original graphics on this website belong to Sway Folks Media or are used with permission. You may view the pages and share a link to them. You may not copy the logo, reproduce the pages for your own marketing, or reuse our materials in a client proposal, without our written permission.
Names and logos of clients shown on the site, including Policybazaar, vivo, Filmora, and Growth School, belong to their respective owners. Showing them here does not transfer any right in those marks to you.
Photographs used as section imagery are licensed stock photographs. They are not photographs of our office or of our clients unless a caption says so.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, have jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of this website, without affecting any right you have to bring a claim in another court where the law requires it.

We may revise these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms. A change does not alter a project agreement that is already signed.
